Coaching - DINGHY RACING for all members.
Race Coaching will be a 3 hr session split into theory and practical. Followed by a short race and full de-brief. to include:
Boat & sail controls
Upwind speed
Downwind tactics
Course navigation
Tacking & Gybing in light & heavy winds.
Tack or duck
Choosing the right end
Pulling the trigger
Using the rules to advantage.
