Cancellation Policy

"Cancellation Policy. August 2024

In the event of cancellation; by you or any member of the party or the whole booking the following charges will apply:

More than 4 weeks prior to course/hire a full refund or credit note will be given less a £5 admin fee.

Between 4 and 2 weeks prior to the course/hire, 50% of the fee will be refunded or a credit note issued.

Less than 2 weeks prior to the course/hire; no refund will be given.

In the case of nonattendance then a refund will not be available.

In the event that Stoke Gabriel Boating Association has to cancel the course due to unsafe adverse conditions or not enough people on the course to make it viable to run, then an alternative date will be offered. If this cannot be arranged Stoke Gabriel Boating Association will issue a refund. "
