Starts
- Understands the basic start sequence
- Can identify a start line and start from the correct side
- Can slow the boat & accelerate to cross the the line within 10 seconds after the start signal
- Understands the procedure if over the line at the start
- Understand the significance of Port/Starboard & Windward/Leeward
