Sailing Instruction

Beginner / Improver Sailing Instruction – mainly on the water in saiing dinghies appropriate for the student’s age, experience and weather conditions.
All attendees are expected to be able to swim 50 metres and be confident in / on the water.
Attendees should wear wet suits and a wind proof jacket. Personal flotation devices (buoyancy aids) to BS EN 393:50N required. It is recommended that you wear protective footwear as there are sharp stones and oyster shells on the foreshore which will cut bare toes! Also bring a change of clothing to change into in case you are cold and wet after the session.
