AGM & Coronation Social

On Friday 5 May, the SGBA will celebrate the historic events of the upcoming coronation, as well as holding our Annual General Meeting (AGM). This will be a social event celebrating the coronation weekend, with drinks and nibbles. The AGM section will also provide an opportunity for SGBA members to have their say in the running of our charitable organisation, reviewing the SGBA's progress and electing new members to the Executive Committee and Trustees.

The evening will start with wine, soft drinks, and refreshments at 19.30. The AGM will commence at 20.15, lasting for approximately 45 minutes. After the AGM, we will continue to socialise and celebrate the upcoming coronation.

Please find the Agenda attached below, as well as the minutes of last year's AGM and the Annual Report & Accounts for the past year (for members' approval during the AGM). The event will see the election/confirmation of appointment for new Executive Committee members and Trustees (see Elections Sheet, also attached), as well as the handover of the Commodore role.
