Notice of Annual General Meeting

The 2021 AGM of the SGBA will be held on Thursday 25th March at 7.30pm. It will be a virtual meeting by Zoom.
The AGM will include Elections to fill:
- up to five Trustee vacancies,
- up to five vacancies on the Executive Committee.
A call for volunteers
The Trustees and Committee have exciting programmes in hand to make the SGBA even better. More Committee members are sorely needed. The Commodore is very willing to explain what is involved call him on 782582
Do please volunteer if you can, for any of the vacant positions. NB: We would like to achieve a better gender balance, across the piece.
(For info: The Trustees meet four times p.a., always on a Tuesday evening; the Committee meets six or seven times p.a., usually on a Thursday evening. Meeting dates are set, up to March 2022, and will be advised on request).
Nominations should be made on the Form attached to this Notice, and must be received by the Secretary to the Trustees by 9th March 2021:
